spouse visa question

hi everyone, im new to this, just wanted to kno that im applying for a spouse visa very soon for my husband to come to uk, and he came to uk as a visit visa in 2006 for few weeks , so will the british high commission ask him about the history of what he did and some sort of proof?? would bhc require anything regarding the visit he made to uk in 06

Unless otherwise he overstayed his visa, ECO won't be bothered having said that ECO may ask him few questions during the interview.
