Hi Everyone,
I am looking to apply for a visa for my wife and will be the sponsor. My company, however, is a limited company and I am the sole director. I've shown enough earnings over £18600 as £24160 of which being £8160 directors salary and £16000 being dividends.
The main issue is I have a dividend voucher for £16000 but this was not paid in a lump sum and was done over the year and then tallied up at the end as my work is pure profit invoicing a client as I'm a freelancer. I also, through my company withdraw for credit card payments etc on a when needed basis so my pay/salary isn't the same day & amount so I don't have any payslips to show £680 per month for in my accounts.
Would this be an issue with the ECO as I don't have payslips for myself but I can provide accounts which have also been given an accounts certificate of confirmation from an accountant who is a member of a UK recognized the body as well as a P60 for my own earnings?
Should I have payslips done for £680/month and split dividend vouchers, then explain the situation of why pay dates do not match amount and day to the ECO with accountants confirmation or not bother with applying?
I had everything together until I noticed the payslip requirement so any help would be appreciated! I have everything but payslips/dividends matching statements due to the nature of how the business funds me.
