Pay for Faster Processing once Submitted

Post by robhanson » Tue Jan 01, 2019 11:29 pm

Hi All,

I've been looking everywhere for this but can't find it, hopefully someone may know... I applied for ILR (5 year route) at the start of December and enrolled biometrics on the 7th with the normal 6 month processing time. I could now do with the visa faster for a mortgage application (a house we've always loved came onto the market two days after the application was sent off!), is there any way to change to the faster service now it's already been submitted? Happy to pay the fee of course. I've emailed my MP but not expecting much and when I tried phoning HMRC they weren't much use.

Thanks,
Rob

The form clearly indicates when you choose the service standard that you can NOT amend that after you pay. I dont think you can do much now unfortunately.
