i thought you can't apply by post anymore. you will have to book an appointment with UKVCAS and they will forward the docs.shiju31 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 08, 2019 12:47 pmSo i have now done by application online and will be sending by post. Application is for spouse of BC and is a NON EU and applying on the basis of ILR
I am pretty confused with the documents to send though it is mentioned in list of docs however just wanted to clarify as we dont have any support of NCS like we use to have before.
Checklist provided in their final list :-
1) passport issued by india of XXX
Will be sending Original Passport of applicant
2) LIUK notification
will be sending original
3) Proof of living in UK of XXX
They said household bills and statements are not acceptable in the form, so again the Original Passport is the only source to provide proof. Is this correct?
4) Your marriage certificate
Will be sending original
5) 2 referee declaration
Will be sending
6) Proof of Identity
Again Passport? is this correct?
7) Proof of Nationality
Again passport? is this correct?
8 ) Current BRP
Original ILR
9) Proof of British Citizenship of spouse
My BIG question here is DO i need to send my original passport or full copy of my passport is enough? Sending passport and receiving via 2nd class email seems risky!!
Of the above list, strange they didnt asked Knowledge of English proof which is also one of their requirement, however i will be sending B1 test copy.
So in short, my documents list which i believe should be :-
1) Original Passport of Applicant
2) LIUK certificate
3) English B1 certificate
4) Original Marriage Certificate
5) 2 referee declaration
6) Original ILR of Applicant
7) Full page copy of Spouse Passport
If you can confirm please my list of docs, is it ok to send or any additional docs or Original Spouse BC is necessary!
Many thanks

Can you continue in your own topic please. You have completely hijacked the original posters thread.difficult_guy wrote: ↑Thu Jan 17, 2019 12:10 pmThank you very much for your reply. I have not heard anything from HO (except first confirmation email) yet but money has been taken out from my credit card on 10th of January.
I have started applying new jobs. I love working with Charities. Lets see if I can qualify and I manage to get hold a new job.
