ILR Set(M)

Post by manthisisold » Tue Jan 08, 2019 8:31 pm

Hi,
I entered the UK 10 March 2014 on a spouse visa. Currently on FLR M that is valid until 2 May 2019. Checked last week online application only for the next step which is ILR. That made my head spin. Do I calculate my length of stay from the day I entered which will make 10 March 2019 my 60 months and apply for ILR 28 days before 10 March? Or do I wait until 28 days before 2 May before I apply?

Could I go online and have a look at the application form without getting counted as having applied early?

Thank you.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK OR before your current visa expires.
