English and financial requirements

Dear sirs one of my friend she already member and got enough advice from this board. She recommend me to join and ask help. I would be very greatful, could you please help me? My question is below
My husband got indefinite I came in uk on spouse visa with my one child. My extensions is due in March I want to know which level of English course I need to do for application?

My husband and me both are self employed last 4 years. Year 2017/2018 tax return we submitted on Nov 2018 and both total income was £30000 (busband £19000, me £11500).
Do i meet the financial requirement if I submit self employed income with application? Or do I have to show some things else? Thank you

Is the income before or after HMRC allowable business expenses have been deducted? i.e the nett amount for which tax was calculated.

£30000 net profit after all expenses duduct. My husband has received bill from Hmrc £1900 and my name bill is £400 due 31 January.

I would like to let you know I have passed English test A2 level as Casa advised me I have to submit with my application. Now I have one question on financial requirement for flrM application. How much I have to meet financial requirement with my children's? Thank you
