IHS payment. Topup Access Key Cancelled. IHS link not working!!!

Hello Everyone.

I hope you all are doing well and happy new year to all of you. i am unable to find any similar query to mine so forgive me if i am asking this again. My problem is in relates to IHS payment. I received an email containing IHS charges link on Friday and clicked on it to see how much i have to pay, the payment was Rs 80,808 and after checking the payment i closed the website as i was planning to go home from work and pay. I only clicked on it to check the amount i was asked to pay as one of my friend's visa was delayed by two months as the amount in Pakistani Rupees they asked was alot lower than £500 hence i checked. Later on the evening, i went home and clicked on the click to pay and the website had a message stating ''Topup Access Key Cancelled'' and therefore i could not go ahead with the payment. I tried using different devices and search engines but to no luck. I have emailed IHS explaining them the situation and will be ringing them first thing on Monday. I am very worried that i only have 7-days to pay the money otherwise my spouse visa will be refused and this visa has been granted aftera long wait of 2.5 years.

Please kindly guide me and share your experience. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Harry22121996 / aqibhassan238,

I'm in a similar situation. While filling the online application, it did not ask to pay any IHS and generated the IHS reference number. So attended the visa appointment with that reference number only.

3 days after submitting my application, I received an email with link to pay IHS, called - TopUp Access Key.

This link is not working and if you click on it, it shows the error message instantaneously - Top up key has been cancelled.

Now I've already tried various sites to pay IHS separately such as -

But as per the new online process, you cannot pay the IHS separately. It says - You need to pay the IHS with your visa application itself.
Now, I've sent an email to ihs.sheffield@fco.gov.uk requesting for another top up key or link to pay the IHS. Received no response so far.

Could you please suggest what you had done to correct your application?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Entry clearance officer send me a link to pay IHS I have no problems at all I just press IHS link on the email send by them . Then I found all details of my son's visa IHS number. There was amount as well on the link how much I have to pay. I apply son's settlement visa but asked only for £400 fee.because my wife visa Will expire o 20 feb 2020.so I think they will attach to my wife's visa. I hope we Will get visa soon I just pay yesterday.
