Can I re-enter the UK with a valid T2 visa but a revoked sponsor license

Hi Everyone,

My currently company sponsor licence has been revoked, but I have not got any curtailment letter and I checked my visa is still valid until Aug 2019. I now want to travel out from UK. My question is Can I re-entry the UK with this situation? I have other company whom are ready to offer me other T2 work. But not until 1 month later from now. Thank you

You risk being refused re-entry to the UK as your circumstances have changed.

Hi.

This happened to me 4 years ago. I'll tell you what happened to me.

I was on Tier 2 with a company and my visa was valid until June 2016.
My employer had the visit from home office in July 2014 and licence got suspended in Sep 2014. I travelled to my country in the last week of December 2014. Home office revoked the licence in first week of January 2015. I travelled back in first week of Feb 2015. Really scared to what will happen, I reached the immigration officer. Gave him my passport. He stamped it and immigration was cleared. He didn't even ask a single question and I didn't feel the need to tell him that my employer's licence is revoked.

So you can try coming back.

Second option is, If possible, ask your new employers to request a Restricted Cos for you and you apply the visa from your country and then come after your visa is granted.
