Query on the "Form Completed by" on the Settlement Application form

Hi All,

I am currently in the process of submitting documents for settlement visa.

I was using an agent for the application process, and on the application form which is to be submitted at Sheffield has the Form Completed By name of my Agent's.Will this be an issue,if so what are my options as I have already paid and submitted the bio metrics.

Any help will be really appreciated.
