Flr(m) First extension - Sopra steria supporting docs

Hi All
I have made an online application and have submitted it today 24/01/2019 by choosing Sopra Steria UKVCAS service and has been given an appointment on 08 February 2019 to submit my orignals and do biometrics.

My wifes and kids have got the Brp card dates as follows

wife - 26/07/2016 to 23/02/2019
daughter - 26/07/2016 to 23/02/2019
son : 05/01/2017 to 23/02/2019 he was born later and applied from India

I have failed to bear in mind that i have to submit my application 28 days before the visa expires ( i have submitted online application, fee paid, IHS paid).

Kindly advice me what can be done now.

Hi All

Iam applying for my wife and kids on Flr(m) family route and has submited online application and have got an appointment on feb 08 at sopra steria Manchester. My question is

1. on checking and uploading the documents do i (sponsor) still have to send my orignal British passport to Sheffield by post, guys who have already been to the appointment please let me know what documents has to be sent to sheffield through post after attending the appointment at sopra steria.

2. keeping in mind that i have to travel for work outside Uk in March second week i have taken an appointment at sopra steria on feb 8 which is a cheaper option or am i better off taking a premium appointment at sheffield paying extra money.

Kindly advice me what is a better option for me to get my passport back after submission of visa.
