Hi guy's,
I am on T1E Extension. I will be qualitfying for ILR in T1 Ent in nov 2019
& also, I will complete years in the UK in mar 2020.
I came to UK on 28th march 2010.

1- can you please suggest me which is the most suitable ILR category for me ? 10 years ILR or T1 Ent. ILR
In terms of speedy response and less hassle?
2- When can i apply for ILR?
- TI Ent. initial leave granted on 15 dec 2014
- UK visa granted 16 march 2010 Entry 28 march 2010

yes, I do have my mrs who joined me in june 2016. she has now got TI Ent. Extension untill sep 2020 as my dependent.

Only you can decide which route you will use for ILR.

However, if you choose ILR based on long residence, your spouse will have to switch to FLR(M) spouse visa and meet the English requirement and financial requirement. Her clock towards ILR will also be reset to zero and a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before she will qualify for ILR on form SET(M).

If you choose to apply for ILR based on Tier 1, then she can continue to extend her PBS Dependent visa until she qualifies for ILR. No English requirement or minimum income level requirement. You only need to prove maintenance funds of £630 for 90 days.

I got my extension approved in Sep-2018 after 9-10 months of wait, and I will complete my 5 years in Dec 2019 as well as 10 years in march 2020.

Can you please suggest me Documents checklist required for my ILR?
According to my research and knowledge, I have to send following:

- Passports
- BRP
-ILR form (or online application)

- Life in the UK test
- Copy of the Degree for English requirement/ was provided during extension as well

Job creation.
I have had three employees since 2015, one FT employee left in Jan 2018,
Since then, i had 2 FT employees. I assume i have to send:
- FPS from Nov 2018 - Nov 2019
- Payslip for same period as above
- Employees ID/Passports copy

Business Related docs:
-Recent Bank statements for 3 months
-CT41 & CT 600
- Unaudited accounts for 2017-18, & 2018-19

Shall i send my payslips as director?
Also, My business partner who switched to ILR 10 year back in 2017 is not participating in business at the moment, but he is on directors list. Do i need to add his details/in application form?

Accountant letter ONLY IF you took over or joined an existing business, otherwise not required

No maintenance required. Personal bank statements not required.
