Online bank statement

Hi all,

I had maintained my funds in a UK bank account. I am currently in India and applying for visa again for which I had to submit bank statements. I requested Santander to provide authentication letter for online statements as per UKVI guidelines. However, Santander communicates only via online secure message and has no policy of sending emails to users (in light of their recent fraudulent activity), neither did they oblige to post a physical copy of statements to an international address. This process of updating an international address and posting the statement takes them about 3 weeks. However, I do not have much time for the interview as I have to apply within the endorsement end date. To ask someone at my previous physical address, I am unaware of the current occupants. I am extremely worried now. The bank said they could print the online message and show. However, this will not be on the letterhead as UKVI states. Would UKVI accept an online statement and their secure message print stating the statements are authentic with a cover letter explaining the circumstance? What else could be done in this case?

What visa exactly are you applying for?? You have posted in the Tier 1 Entrepreneur, which doesn't have an 'endorsement' step.
