Re entry ban

Hello every one
i have query regarding spouse visa.But unfortunately my immigration history is good not enough i was student of in uk with BPP university but in 2015 i had problem with university and i left it and they withdraw my sponsorship and my visa was revoked but i didnt left uk i was there till june 2018 i over stayed.I came back to pakistan on 8-june-2018 voluntarily on my on expenses.i just recently got married my wife is in uk she has discretionary leave to reamin in uk which she got on base of private life in uk because she was under 18 and spent 7 years on asylum application but everytime asylum was rejected but finaly UKVI granted discretionary leave to remain in uk my main question is that is that possible that she can sponsor me for spouse visa on discretionary leave?As i told you that my immigration history is not good i over stayed so is there any reentry ban for me? as she is not british citizen but on discretionary leave.

Your wife can only sponsor you once she is settled in the UK. i.e has been granted ILR
