Is it necessary to show 12 months earnings for Tier -1?

Dear friends

I am in UK since last 20 months but I was getting allowances till March 2008. I am getting UK salary from April 2008 and want to apply for HSMP in Dec 2008.
I have enough points to qualify for HSMP based on my salary of April 08 to Nov 08. Can I apply for HSMP in Dec 2008 and just show the earning from April 2008 to Nov 2008?

From FLR Tier 1 guidance notes:

71. Applicants are not required to be in continuous employment
during the 12 month period being assessed.

72. Applicants may claim for a period of earnings of less than 12
months.

There's no HSMP anymore in UK and India. It's Tier 1 (General) that you will be applying for from UK.
