So if your son was granted visa as a child under any other category (before turning 18) he can be granted leave under PBS dependant if you as the main applicant switched (or you are switching together) to a PBS route and he is now 18+.The applicant must be under the age of 18 on the date the application is made, or if over 18 and applying for leave to remain, must have, or have last been granted, leave as the child of a Relevant Points Based System Migrant or as the child of the parent who had leave under another category of these Rules and who has since been granted, or, is at the same time being granted, leave to remain as a Relevant Points Based System Migrant.
Ok in that case your son can switch to PBS dependant as he is below 18 however you daughter cannot as she is over 18.
