I am applying for ILR from tier 1- 5 years route
Need help.
Questions:-
1. Do we need provide personal bank statements?
2. Do we need provide business bank statements?
3.My 5 years is going to complete by 13.March.2019, however i got extension on 18. April 2018, so can i apply on on 13.March.2019 or after as the initial leave was granted on 13.March.2014, but i have a confusion on Job creation which says on current leave 12 months employment (Does both point contradict each other or not?)
List of Documents with New systems (to my understanding, need suggestion if any)
1. SET (O) application form
2. 3 months directors current appointment reports
3. 2/4/6/8 etc full time/part time employees documents from 01.March.2018
4. Life in the UK test
5. English Language (IELTS, Master degree etc)
6. Employees payslips and other relevant documents
7. Passport/BRP (which proves the point of investments)

Not required

Yes. 1 month OR bank letter mandatory

You are eligible to apply from 13/3/2019 minus 28 days. So that means you are already eligible given you have met your job creation. Since your extension was approved on 18th April and if you apply in March 2019 you will fall under the exception rule and can use all job creation for 12 months immediately before the date of ILR application. Let say you apply on 10th March 2019. You can use from 10th March 2018 - 9th March 2019. Note the period of 10th March 2018 to 18th April 2018 is the bonus period since that was your waiting period but still as you fall under the exception rule you can use that if you had any job creation in that period (just over a month benefit for your case). Note: The normal rule is job creation only after extension is counted, but in your case you can benefit from the exception rule. Make sure to apply before 6th April 2019 if you are relying on transitional arrangements as they will end then. After 6th April 2019, you need 2 FT jobs which existed for 12 months each. Before that, all you need is 104 weeks of FT employment in any combination of employees or jobs

CAR that is generated within 3 months of ILR application. There is no thing like 3 months of report

Check your date. Read what i said above. RTI FPS & wage slips for the period of claim

What do you mean by this? You need all passports and BRP. It has nothing to do with investment. Investment criteria is not for ILR anyways. You already have scored points for that at extension)
Buisness bank statetement or bank letter
CT41G or CT600 or CT603 to prove registration for corporation tax
Accountant letter only if you took over or joined an existing business

The exception rule only applies if your ILR application date is less than 12 months from the date of extension.

I meant that i need to sent the passport and BRP(which i initially got an extension and shows that my investment was accepted and no need of any proof any more)
Also, what should be written in bank letter, if i need one?
Moreover, at no. 3 you mentioned that exception rule for job creation, do you have the link for this, please.

Yes BRP. But it has nothing to do with investment
