Dear admin I need some information regarding my application because my application has been refused by home office after attending my interview with right of appeal. They believe my marriage is a marriage of convenience. They take my interview more than 1 hour and asked so many questions. They have refused due to few reasons like I don’t remember my wife baby name ? Even I have told the right name but she have typed wrong spelling and they put it on me to say that I don’t know her baby name my wife have baby before we get married and yeah I could not remember his DOB because I was not sure the month but in my application I have submitted all documents regarding the baby details including his DOB in my application I have attached few letter regarding the baby when I submitted my application. 2 . I don’t remember my wife friend name that time while she is coming to me and she look after her baby before we get married 3. I have applied for depended with my wife for 1 of my cousin the lady took my interview ask me does this person depend on you ? I say that no he always come my home and I helped him for everything but I never mean to mention here he was not depended when I say no I refused her question and give further explanation but she just written that I have admitted I say no only she don’t type further explanation Thanks hope to hear back soon
