Main Applicant Applying ILR and Wife on PBS Extension

Dear Guru's

PLEASE ADVISE

My Husband and mine visa's expiring on 28.03.2019 (Husband holds Tier 2 general and i am on PBS dependent visa)
My Husband is applying for ILR on 5 Year Tier 2 General route and he's eligible today (28 days before 5 years) and will be submitting application online in a day or two.

Visa application route
- Main applicant -Husband to apply through super premium service
- PBS dependent- Wife to apply on Sopra steria Normal service

My questions are

1- Can we both apply same time online and submit application same day, Husband to apply ILR and i'll be applying PBS dependent partner extension, PBS application to be submitted as pending result on the Main applicant result same day?

2 - or Wait for Main applicant ILR approval first and then apply PBS dependent ? (ILR may take longer to arrive due to late appointment available at Sopra steria)

3 - or if main Applicant ILR is not received till 28.03.208 and i apply PBS dependent visa online on 25.03.2019 just before the expiry of the current leave and receive Sopra steria appointmnet after 28.03.2019 will it be considered as legal or as Overstayed as last day of the current leave is 28.03.2019

We have very short time limit and do not want to delay the PBS dependent visa in case there is a delay in Main applicant ILR (read in other cases its taking from 2 days or even 20 days)


P.S - Wife (PBS) recently changed name on passport and application pending with UKVCAS of Name change to married name (But i saw online on BRP right to work my wife's name was changed to new name with old BRP photo)- though we haven't received new BRP yet
