Spouse Visa adequate maintenance Universal credit

I am reading about "adequate maintenance" and it keeps referring to the income support rate but I don't get this I used to but then a few months ago Job Centre made me claim universal Credit so now which rates do I use and how can i find these rates online?

Sorry if it's a simple question but I'm confused
