Small business on PBS dependent visa

Hi

I recently move to UK on Tier 2 General Visa. My wife is on PBS dependent visa and she is unemployed at the moment however she is a teacher by profession. I was wondering if it is okay to work as tuition provider at home as she have an infant baby to look for. Also, she usually makes up decoration related items and sell it for some some extra money. Is it okay to do such commercial activities on PBS dependent visa and does she require to pay tax on these earning?

Fine for her to do that. She will need to register as self employed with hmrc though.
