Question - Resubmitting Passport

Dear Immigration Experts

My wife and son's applications were refused bu successfully overturned.

Now we received a link to pay the IHS fee and been told to resubmit their passports to the original visa application centre.

The question is though, since they have already taken their biometrics do they both need to be in present when resubmitting the passport, because the visa centre is qutie far from where they live and it was quite inconvenient last time to take my son who is 8 month old all the way there.

Can she go to visa centre on her own and let the babysitter take care of my son at home?

You have won the appeal which is the continuation of same application for which you have already given biometrics, therefore, no further biometrics will be required until next application. I guess you might have the option of some courier service for submitting the passports to relevant centre.
