PBS dependant 180 days Criteria

Hello Guys,

I got my PBS dependant visa back in June 2016 under my spouse Tier 2 route, I was outside from April 2018 to Dec 2018 exceeding continuous 180 days absences outside uk. Could you advise to apply to ILR do I have to satisfy not more than 180 days absences in UK? if yes, my spouse applied for ILR last month, Could you advise what would be best approach to remain on PBS dependant visa or apply for FLR dependant visa?

I forgot to mention, I was in India for over 6 months due to health issue and also I moved to Isle of man now and for Tier 2 dependant visa in Isle of Man
