Tier 2 Vignetter transfer + dependent visa

Hi All,

Last year I applied and got a long term Tier 2 WP only for myself but could not travel because of business requirements and the 30 day validity ended. Now I have to go again, so I would apply for a Vignette transfer.

The thing is I want to take my wife with me on dependent visa. Will I be able to apply Vignette transfer for myself and a new dependent visa for my wife in parallel so that I can take her along with me?
