Tier 2 General PBS Dependent Visa

Hello Friends,

I am from India and I have got the UK General Tier-2 Visa and came to UK on 17th-Feb-2019 and the maintenance certified by sponsor that time as I did not have money in my bank account.

I am confused little bit, can u please help urgently as I have my dependents visa appointment on 02-Apr-2019.

1) My dependents are my spouse and 5 year child.

2) I have COS with certify maintenance as "Yes", will it suffice my dependent as well ? As I don't have money in bank accounts for consecutively for 90 days.

3) I have money of 2500 Pounds in bank account from last 10 days.

4) It is mentioned in PBS dependent guide at point number 83 "If you apply separately from the main applicant you will need to have the necessary funds to meet the maintenance requirement or have a written undertaking from an A-rated Sponsor",

Do i still required undertaking on letter from an employer if he already certified maintenance in COS as Yes?

5) In the same point it is also mentioned that "unless the main applicant already had leave in a Tier 2 category and when applying for their most recent period of Tier 2 leave was not required to show evidence of satisfying maintenance requirements"

As I did not have to certify the maintenance requirement for my Visa as I used COS ticked as Yes by employer so, as per the above statement I have mentioned in point 5, I don't have to show evidence of maintenance for my dependents as well ? This is very unclear to me.


If someone can help me soon on this so I would be very glad as it is quite urgent as I my child and wife are alone in India and no one is there to take care of them.
