Non EU receiving inheritance in UK

Hi I wonder if anyone knows what tipe of Visa does a Non EU national (Ukraine) needs to come to UK to claim inheritance (property)

He doesn't meet the requirements for visitor Visa, isn't there anything specific for inheritance?
