Kindly help me regarding following issue:-
I applied for HSMP from Pakistan in Feb 2008 and my docs were received by the agency on 28th Feb. I got ref # via email on 18th March. After that I waited for a response but I never got one . The emials to contact centre said they cant reply for applications within their service standards. So i thought its still under consideration. Today on 18th June 2008 I called to contact centre and after long delays I was told that my docs and the letter has been sent back on 27th March 2008! and that the application was successul. HoweverI neber received my docs back.
I have urgently dispaatched a letter to the Agency tosend me a duplicate letter.
1) If they issue me a duplicate then what will be the vaildity of that? Will the 6 month period start from now or from March 2008?
2) MY original degree cerificate was among the lost docs. Going for a duplicate form the university is a long and tedious provess. Do I have to attach this original ceritfiate with the EC? If I cant get it in time, will a photocopy do?
3) Do I have to send all docs for EC which I sent for initial HSMP application?
