Applying for Spouse Visa

Post by Sheehanj » Sun Mar 31, 2019 12:03 pm

I would be grateful for some advice please. My sons fiancé is currently in the UK from Thailand on a 6 month marriage visa and they are getting married next month. Does she need to change her passport to her new married surname before applying for Spouse visa?

My question was WHICH visa has she got. There is a massive difference in price and rules and only one of the options allows switching to spouse visa within the UK, the other does not.
