Parent and Relation Visit - Financial Documentation Help

Post by shankarr_u » Sat Apr 06, 2019 10:11 pm

Dear Team,

I have two queries regarding tourist visa application documentation for my mother and Aunt, who are planning to visit UK this year. Background of mine is - I'm currently on ICT Employee sponsored visa and my salary are paid in India. Have validity of visa until 2022.

Query 1 -

I would like to invite my mother to stay with us for two months. Believe that, I would need to provide my 3 months payslip, bank statement and accommodation tenancy document along with letter to the Visa office. Since my salary and all the payments are paid in India - Can I furnish my India salary certificates, bank statements ? Does Visa general accept these documents. Additionally, I can also share my BRP and passport details if required.

Query 2 -

Furthermore, along with my mother, One of my aunt also will be visiting us. I would like to accommodate her at my house for one month, I'm staying in a double bedroom house, so hope there won't be an issue with the tenancy arrangements.

Since she is traveling as tourist and on her own, in supporting on the accommodation part what documents should I provide from my perspective ? Does a letter to Visa officer stating about the her stay at my house suffice along with house tenancy document or do i need to provide any other documents.

Kindly help me with these queries, this will help me with the planning of their visits. Thank you.

Regards,
Shankar.R
