Hi , can anybody help me basically i am a father of British child and recently my son got British passport on 10 years route before I apply for my son 7 years route but I lost a case now my son got a passport and now I want to apply for myself and my wife visa / ILR to be a parents / guardian of the british child.niw they start doing online and when I go online to apply there is a either father can apply there is no option for second applicant for my wife.can anyone please help me which form I need to apply online and someone help me with the link or details how can apply both.or I need to apply separate applications.....??? Also I don’t have passport still my passport still home office had on previous pending application.is possible I can go on widow service to apply ,,, thanks

There is no ILR route as parent of British child if you have no legal status in the UK.

There is only an FLR(FP) Parent route, likely a 10 year route to ILR (4 x 2.5 year visas).

There is no longer a 'window' service.
