Naturalisation application and no acknowledgement

Hi All

I wonder if anyone here can help me.
I submitted my naturalisation application on 1st April online. The money was deducted and I received an email to confirm the payment received. I was also prompted at the end of the application to create a ukvcas account and book an appointment to complete the application.

I attended my appointment on Saturday 6th April and enrolled my biometrics etc.

I still have not received any acknowledgment email to confirm if home office has received the application and they are reviewing it.

My sister submitted her application online last night and she has received the acknowledgment email.

Is there something wrong? Do I need to contact home office regarding this.
Any help will be much appreciated
