Urgent Help, Visa granted but on 10 years

Post by rasheyz » Fri Apr 12, 2019 10:31 am

Hi,

I am a British citizen and applied for my wife visa for FLR(M) on 5 years route but just received a letter that HO has granted her visa on 10 years route because we provided only A1 certificate, i believe that i provided A2 certificate information in online application and also provided A1 and A2 english certificates, as both were in a pdf file and on top was A1 certificate so i think case worker has not seen A2 certificate hence only granted visa on 10 years route, and they have not provided any contact information where i can contact and complain about this, please advise what we can do now?

Regards

Why would you send the A1 certificate when it is NOT required for an extension and only A2 is accepted???

Suggest ask for a reconsideration but this is a classic case of providing unnecessary documents and out of date.
