Naturalisation referee query

My husband is going to apply for naturalisation after receiving ILR. I have a query about the professional referee - could we use my cousin who is a teacher or would this count as a relative of my husband?

Your husband will have to find an alternative Referee due to your cousin being considered as a relative.
