Hi,
We received a very unsettling email from the UKVI stating that they had not yet received the sponsors supporting documentation.
We applied through VFSGlobal in Toronto.
When biometrics were taken, all supporting documentation and relevant scans of documents were also sent.
We are now very confused about why we are receiving this email.
We called the UKVI helpline, they stated that sponsors supporting documentation must be sent directly to one of the UKVI addresses.
We were never told of this, is this really the case?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
