Adequate maintenance for sponsoring my wife

My wife is going to be applying for a spouse visa from the US to come and join me in the UK

I am in receipt of PIP and ESA and after council tax my income is £569.2

Is this enough or do they take into account other bills such as food, utility, phone, etc?
