After ILR super priority appointment

Post by Brazar101 » Thu Apr 25, 2019 8:54 am

Hi. My wife submitted her ILR SETM (super
Priority) application a week ago and attended the appointment in Croydon on Tuesday this week. We were hoping to receive a result yesterday- ie, within the 24 hours. Unfortunately we have had no such luck. Reading the timelines thread I understand that the 24 hour result often is not met, so I’m not too worried at this point.

Thus far the only correspondence from the home office is the “it may take up to 6 months” email which we received after submitting our application online.

My question is this. Do the home office not send an email confirmation once the docs have been submitted by Sopra Steria? Or should we expect radio silence from the point of submission until we get a result?

Thanks!

The ILR was actually approved soon after I posted this. So 36 hours after the appointment. Not bad!
