Hello,
I’m planning a trip to UK with my wife in July and Europe in August end, its our wedding anniversary in first week of September.
I want to make sure the visa doesnt get rejected and in order to submit documents related to Ties at Home Country, I need advice for in order to submit what documents:
1) I’m self-employed, I run a business in India
2) I live with my Wife & Parents.
3) My parents have both govt job
4) The house is under my parents name.
What all documents should I submit?
Anything that can prove the fact that you MOST PROBABLY WILL NOT STAY IN THE UK, it can be tricky and sometimes abstract to understand what are the asking for, but here are 3 examples I've found through reading the posts on this Board and other websites that may help in your situation:
1- Your Employment/Business ( Letter of No Objection to Travel from your Employer, or Your Business Trade License Certificate that shows a future expiry date, this means that you need to keep your company running, or even Lists of payroll of your Employees)
2- Your relationships with family and friends or your local Community: This can be your dependents (AN AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT may help here; submit a Notarized Affidavit of Support or Personal Care for your Elderly Parents, or Children.
This way, you will show that someone needs your support or care in your home country.
Even volunteering or being part of a charity organization can help with this, such as (Letters from Places of Worship, From a local Orphanage, Local Charity Org).
3- Rental Contracts: If you are committed to a Home mortgage or Company Office Rental, submit those Contracts that show your commitment.
And remember, any ongoing commitments will help your case.
Good Luck
