Father (tier 2 ICT) mother (tier2 general) infant (tier 2 ICT dependent)

Hi all,

My husband is on tier 2 ICT visa and I am his dependent. We had a baby born in UK last month and we are going to apply for his visa as tier 2 ICT dependent.
My company is sponsoring me tier 2 general visa in July for which I've to travel to India to get my visa changed from ICT dependent to general category.
Now my doubt is that I'll travel to India with my baby and when I return I will be on tier2 general visa and my baby will be tier2 ICT dependent. Will this be a problem at immigration. I am planning to change my baby's visa after I return to UK .

Should my baby be as dependent on mother's visa or is it ok if he's his father's dependent.

Please suggest so that I will request my employer to get my baby included In my application

Why not simply apply for the baby when you apply in India rather than applying now, paying IHS fee and then having to pay again when you return?

No issue if the baby holds a visa based on your husbands visa.
