super priority set(lr) application outside the time limit

Hi all,
I haven't come across this situation in this forum yet so I am writing this please help me out if you have any suggestions.

I have made my 10-year route set(LR) application via super priority service on 15th January 2019 9:00 AM at Birmingham ukvcas center as the same day decision application.

until today I haven't received a decision on my application.
since that day I made a couple of calls to the home office customer service center they dont have any information but they have escalated my case once and after that every time they said it is still in process...

today I have requested my MP to contact the home office to get some update on my case, as of now no updates.

is anybody struggling with the same situation or is there any other way to get the decision quickly from the home office.
please help me with the right suggestion to follow.

As repeated several times you must wait to hear back. This could take 4 to 6 months. Complex applications cannot be decide in the super priority time frame
