Spouse Visa - How to submit docs in UK? NO information anywhere?!?

Hey all,

So my wife has applied for the spouse visa - first time.
We have done the online application and she did her biometrics yesterday.
Our visa4uk status says:

Next Step:
Print Application ( have done, but the 'next step' doesn't change... )

Wife

VFS global Malaysia website just says:
All supporting documents can be submitted by your sponsor or an agent at any of the following locations in the UK

Now looking online, people have mentioned getting an appointment or things like, you cannot enter the building without an appointment?

Where would you make an appointment? There is nothing on visa4uk and vfs global for malaysia only does appointments for the office in Malaysia.

My wife hasn't received any information in emails either.

I would upload the documents myself, but again, there is no option anywhere for that?!

Never in my life have I come across something with such little information and is not user friendly.

How long did the process take and was it fairly straight forward?

All emails we've received are clearly out of date as there was a change of procedure at the end of March 2019. - Very very stressful times

Nope, you’ve just got to believe that they’ve done it! Although, even if we sent it Sheffield, you can’t be 100% sure that the eco has scanned everything either!

Sheffield and any of the UKCVAS centres are NOT the 'ECO' as such.

Original marriage docs are in the post as I wasn't sure about the biometrics interview. As they ssy you need originals present there?

No you don’t need original I gave copies of everything expect the English test ( I’m not sure why they didn’t say anything) but don’t take originals .. everything has to be A4 size

I am unsure and want to know if they can either scan at pakistan or just send us copies. would save on postage costs haha. I have got original ielts - do I need to submit original or just copy? thanks

Make the two sets ready i.e. a set of originals and a set of copies.

I am submitting the documents in UK. I think they are also accepting documents to be submitted in the country where the applicant is. But this might be depending on the applicant country.
