SET (M) ILR 28 Days period

Hi all,

Please when is the best date and qualifying period for me to apply for ILR as per 28 days rules.
married to a British citizen, initially Tie 4 student
First Visa issued 06/06/2014 then Extension in 2016
Visa expires 06/06/2019

I am looking to submit online application on 9th of May

Please advice?
