Tier 2 General RLMT

Hello Everyone,

I have the below query.

For an employer to conduct RLMT test, is it always mandatory to post the ad to the ‘Find a job’ site ?.

Or is it ok, if the test is conducted as per the process and publish job advertisements in other websites, including the company website.

Please advice if you have any info on this.

Yes, it is required. Page 122 and 123 in the link below clearly explains how to conduct an RLMT to meet the requirements.

Sure, I did see that link. I would like to understand whether there are any such previous cases and what was the outcome

If it doesn't meet the Rlmt requirements it will result in refusal of Cos and/or visa
