28 day rule for payslips question

Post by tnankivell » Fri May 17, 2019 12:58 pm

Hello,

Just want clarification on this rule and HOW it applies to payslips.

"3.3.8. Where Appendix FM-SE requires the applicant to provide specified evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of application, that evidence must be dated no earlier than 28 days before the date of application"

I have my most recent payslip which is for the 24th of April (Money been paid into account). I paid for my application on the 15th of May. There is 22 days between these dates. So this one is all good. This payslip was also PRINTED on the 28th of April.

However with some of my other payslips, they were PRINTED by the employer a few months ago. I want to know if ALL payslips need to be PRINTED within the 28 day limit? Is the printing date relevant? Or does it only apply to the first one?

Thanks,
Tirryn.
