Salaam/good morning,
Just going to keep my question brief which is that I was all set to apply for a spouse visa as a sponsor as I was waiting on official financial reference from my original job which came through finally and due to not meeting requirements through one job I took a second cash in hand job which I was getting a payslip for and would deposit the exact amount each month and been doing this continuous for over 6 months now the problem is that since April minimum wages had changed my colleague in charge just continued to pay me for my 6 hours as normal and then every month I would request my payslips off my boss and he would email me them as he worked in the other store so never got to see him anyhow from April 8th his accountant was showing the increase of wages on the payslip but I was getting paid prior to the increase so have been depositing the same amount which I think maybe a big problem so instead of starting the 6 months again can anyone recommend how I can rectify this as it was a genuine mistake as this involves a spouse and a 15 month year old beautiful daughter which I been living without....sorry I did try to keep it brief

Cash in hand means you weren't paying your taxes.

Apart of depositing the full amount of wages into bank account, you will also need employer letter and signed & stamped online payslips.
