Hi, i'm lucas, i'm from brazil, 18 years old and i I'd like to ask about family permit, my stepfather, he is British and my mother is brazilian.

can I apply for the family permit visa?

What is your mother UK immigration status or visa?

Family permit visa usually come into play when family member is EU national.
