What exactly are you asking? The 14 year residence rule was increased to 20 years in 2012.

Marriage to a British citizen doesn't have an automatic right to remain in the UK as you have already found.

Providing you meet all the conditions for a Spouse settlement visa, you stand more chance of achieving legal residence. As you are aware, you will have to submit your application outside of the UK.

How did you first enter the UK and what is your full immigration history over the 14 years :?:

Thanks for your reply, i entered as a visitor, since 2004,i have never committed any crime,i dont get public funds either NHS treatment. my first application was in 2011,which was rejected.i got married in 2017 after change of circumstance so put in another one with no right to appeal still was rejected so my solicitor gave me advice to apply from outside UK. Thank you for you time.
