Business query for Tier 2 dependent

Dear friends, would a Tier 2 dependent wife of a Tier 2 migrant be allowed to start and run her own business in the UK before ILR?

There is no restrictions as to what your dependent can do probably other than the doctor or dentist in training restrictions on the BRP / visa conditions.
Setting up as self employed or as a director of their own business is allowed.
