2 years' correspondence even if in civil partnership

Post by mrplat47 » Tue May 28, 2019 7:52 pm

Hi all,

I haven't been able to find anything relating to this specifically. It was my understanding from the eligibility requirement of the FLR (M) Visa that you had to prove whether you were married/in a civil partnership OR prove 2 years cohabitation.

Why then, since I'm in a civil partnership with my partner, does it still require me to select that we will provide 2 years' worth of correspondence?

(My partner will be transferring from Tier 5 YM Visa for reference and we're applying online).

Thanks for your help!
