Change in visa application

Hi,
I was meant to apply for settlement for my wife , however I incorrectly applied under further leave to remain. I can confirm that my wife is eligible for settlement and she had her super priority appointment on the 1st June.
Now is it possible for us to change the application to settlement.

I was advised that I can withdraw the application, however that meant that I lose the visa application fee. Though can somebody confirm if I lose the super priority fee too along with that.

And is there another way for me without losing the fee that was paid for the visa application.

You will lose the IHS and super priority fees.
I suggest to vary the current application to ILR and you should get a refund for previous application

Did you provide the biometrics for your wife already? If you did your application will be considered. If not, you may wait and your application will be considered not valid and you may get a refund.
