Updating BRP overseas

Hi All

I currently live overseas with my husband and our 2 kids (hes in armed forces) we live in Cyprus.

I recently changed my passport over to my married name and now struggling to find a way to update my BRP card.

Has anyone done this and can possibly shed some light on what I need to do?

I have contacted a few places but they dont seem to know what i need to do.

P.s i also made an application to update it but made the mistake of stating in UK(technically where we are is classed as UK) should I withdraw this application or is there a way to salvage so I dont lose money?

You might be able to do the same at extension time because your marriage certificate is a sufficient proof of name change which almost everyone accepts.
