Tier 2 Dependent of naturalised british citizen

Hi Guys,
I came via tier 2 General and i have british passport now. My wife still in tier 2 dependent and is eligible to apply for ILR. Could you please let me know the documentation required in this situation?
She met English language qualification and also life in UK test requirement.

In addition to the English test and LIUK, she needs passport, BRP card and 2 years evidence of cohabitation documents in both your names from 3 to 4 different sources.
